Whether you’re family is on board the Oasis of the Seas or on shore, you are bound to have an amazing time! There are plenty of events going on all over the ship from day to night, during the day for those who are adventurous you can go on the SeaTrek Scuba Diving, the FlowRider surf simulator, or climb the rock wall, you can also go on shore & land excursions, maybe show off your families knowledge by taking part in onboard game shows and trivia contests and visit Johnny Rockets and Ben & Jerry’s for a treat to eat. You can spend time looking round some of the neighborhoods like Central Park which combines nature with nautical, the Board Walk that has plenty of café’s, restaurants and snack shops, and you can indulge your kids in some retail therapy, or the Royal Promenade that is at the heart of the ship with even more places to eat and drink and not forgetting places to shop. In the evening these neighborhoods transform into bustling entertainment areas where you can enjoy an evening meal before watching an ice-skating show or the family entertainers in the Comedy Club.

Royal Caribbean Cruises have plenty of activities for your children if you want some time to yourself, during the day there are activity clubs for children as young as 6 months right up to 17 year olds. They have Royal Babies interactive classes aged 6 to 36 months, Royal Tots interactive playgroup for 18 to 36 months and they also have Babies and Tots nursery run by fully trained professionals with plenty of activities. For older children they have Adventure Ocean, activity clubs for 3 to 11 year olds. Aquanauts for 3 to 5 year olds, Explorers for 6 to 8 year olds and Voyagers for 9 to 11 year olds and all staff also hold a degree in childcare or teaching. There are also plenty of things to keep fussy teenagers occupied there is a wide range of activities going on all day if they wish to join in like the Scratch DJ Academy, Mocktail competitions, Open Mic Talent Show’s and Teen BBQ’s. Or they can just relax in the teen only lounge with their friends.
