2009 small ship Alaska cruise
A small ship Alaska cruise is the best choice to explore and to cruise Alaska. A small cruise ship allow youto have a closer look at the beautiful wildlife and glaciers. Several cruise lines with small ships cruise to Alaska every week.
Small cruise ships can visit places that the larger cruiseships can’t, like the Misty Fjords National Monument or Tracy Arm fjord. If you are looking for a more exotic alaska cruise itinerary, a small ship Alaska cruise might be the best choice. These small cruise ships are usually more expensive and probably you’ll get less amenities and entertainment on board, but a closer look at Alaska wildlife and glaciers is worth it to many of us!Small ship cruise lines are sending their ships to Alaska in 2009. Most of these small cruise ships do not offer private verandas or luxurious accommodations. However, if you are looking for ultimate luxury on board, the Silversea Cruise line ships Silver Shadow will sail 7-12 day Alaska itinearies from San Francisco, Vancouver, or Seward. Silver SHadow is much bigger than other cruise ships on this category and can offer you luxury.

I don’t like small cruises. I afraid of small ones.
Cruising has become a major part of the tourism industry, with millions of passengers each year.
I’d love to see a feature and amenity comparison between the large boats and the smaller ones. I think it’s similar with hotels… Smaller ones can have a certain charm and personal touch that you don’t get with larger properties, and often have hidden bonuses you just don’t get when you’re with 4000 other guests.
yes, its like hotels, small ships have certain charm and personal touch that you don’t get with larger cruise ships. and withg small alaska cruise ships you can explore alaskan wild life closer.

nice info about alaska. I like to have a trip in it.
nice place to visit next year
Heading to Alaska and have some time salmon fishing? Great! I have my fishing lodges there and all my guest had the magical time of thier lives!
Great info! I´ll check more about this small lines cruises. Thanks!
I agree! Whilst you do get less luxuries and ameneties on a smaller ship, being able to get into places the larger
ships can’t far outway that, particularly if what you are on a cruise ship is for the adventure. I personally find
large cruise ships a bit impersonal myself.
I think there are positives and negatives to both, depends on what you are looking for. An Alaskan cruise anyways is not going to be the same crowd as a Caribbean part boat. They are typically a bit more subdued with families and or sightseeing couples, so know that going in.
Nice information i personally do not like small ships to cruise alaska.
Ye, really nice information. Thank you.
P.S. If you think that this ship from picture is small, than…omg hehe.
Thanks!

If I’m going to Alaska, I could probably do without the luxuries and amenities as it’s probably a sight seeing vacation. It’d be nice to see more secluded areas of Alaska, I bet the glaciers and wildlife glimpses would be amazing.
what is the difference between small cruise and large cruise? is there any difference in affecting motion sickness? I have a tendency of sea motion sickness, and I’m afraid if the small one tend to cause motion sickness.
