Expensive tickets are not always mean limitless free options. Some cruise lines don’t include shore excursions on ticket prices. There are many all inclusive resorts where it might cost about $300 per person. Renting a vehicle might cost around $100 per day while a taxi for the whole day could cost $180 or more. Buses are cheapest and very effective.
Booking
Western Caribbean cruise is a trip to paradise. If you are planning to go in peak season i.e. from December to March, then book at least 9-10 months in advance as the demand remains quite high. Also make sure you research the fares thoroughly to make sure you get the best deal or package.
I must say that Jamaica was my least favourite port of call on my cruise I fould the people to not be welcoming at all, but the rest of the islands are a pure joy
Jamaica and Curacao are my Top destinations. I have a wish to visit these beautiful Tropical Islands. We are in Tourism business also, but here in Australia. Maybe it is time to finally lock the doors of my office and to visit Caribbeans? Thanks for information about budget. Did not know about prices in this part of the World.
I really prefer the smaller less popular islands to enjoy less known destinations while they are still pristine!
