Best time to travel to Hawaii by cruise ship
The best time to go to Hawaii is more based on personal reasons than on seasons. The best time to visit Hawaii can be decided by the most affordable time to visit or simply by when your holiday times are or based on the following Hawaii cruses conditions:
1.- July – September: little hot.
2.- November – January: wettest, but usually not bad.
3.- mid December – mid February: roughest seas, especially January.
4.- January – March: peak whale season.
5.- December: Christmas decorations, got to love it.
6.- July 4th & December 31st: fireworks.

The seas are usually a little rougher in the spring. That is when they have those huge surfing waves! Of course it’s the ocean and it can be calm or rough any time.
Note that the ocean is not as warm as the Caribbean. Don’t think that the water is as warm as in the Caribbean. Hawaii does not have the benefit of the gulf stream. This is one of the main reasons for the difference. The other is that Hawaii is far from the main land, whereas the Caribbean has land masses all around it. In addition, a good portion of the Caribbean is closer to the equator than Hawaii. All these three facts together explain why Hawaii’s ocean temperatures are not as warm as in the Caribbean.
No matter when you go, it will rain at some point. It rains every day in Hawaii. Most of the time these are showers that come and go. The west sides of the islands are typically much drier and calmer than the windward sides. March is lovely. Even rainy days in Hawaii are lovely. If you are looking for the season with less rain, then summer and early fall are your best bet.
By going to www.weatherunderground.com you can get weather history for a specific location for a specific time of the year. Make sure to click on individual dates. Don’t assume that it rained all day simply because it shows rain on the calendar. By clicking on an individual date, you can tell when the rain was on that very same day. Very often it is very early in the morning or very late at night.
Pricewise you will always get the best deals when schools are in session. So, the summer prices tend to be higher as are the prices around Christmas and spring break. After Easter is a great time. Also, in the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas there are some really good deals. Finally in September, after the kids are back in school the deals can be very good also.

Hawaii is my one of the best Islands. There are a lot of resorts, restaurants and the most popular and my favorite beaches over I love to go there, especially by cruise ship. Thanks for the nice article.
